研究室簡介
木質部是地球上最豐富的組織,木材即是木質部,而木材的形成是一個複雜的發育過程,涉及維管形成層的細胞增生,隨後分化為次生木質部細胞。我們實驗室的研究專注於解析被子植物在變動環境下木質部形成的發育與演化基礎。結合單細胞與空間多組學技術,重建細胞譜系、調控網絡與代謝重編程,進而揭示木質部細胞分化的機制。透過跨物種比較與非 生物逆境實驗,我的研究旨在揭示木質部發育如何適應機械與乾旱等挑戰,同時維持其結構與功能完整性。這些成果為理解維管組織的演化奠定基礎,並為提升木本與多年生作物的逆境抗性提供策略。
